Because of the complexity of Spalding as a site, we are now recruiting for a finance professional with a strong management accountancy background to join us, in our onsite finance team as Business FP&A Manager. Working closely with multiple operational stakeholders, you will become a true finance business partner to the production sites where you be responsible for upskilling your stakeholders on their budgetary responsibilities as well as drilling down in to any out of budget costs and overspends.
The role:
Reporting in to the site Senior Financial Controller and leading a team of four finance professionals, you will take responsibility for business reporting (daily/weekly/monthly), rolling forecasts, month end closure and other key finance tasks and projects around business control. To be successful in this position you will need excellent organisational skills in order to deliver against tight business & financial deadlines. The ability to analyse and communicate financial information to non-financial personnel, providing recommendations and guidance is key as you business partner your stakeholders. As with all finance roles, strong Excel skills are necessary.

If you hold or are working towards relevant qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent, and possess the ability to manage large volumes of data into usable formats, along with accounting computer packages knowledge and excellent communication skills – this could be the perfect role for you.
