As Project Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and challenges.  Your ability to influence and communicate effectively will be essential in driving alignment and buy-in for your projects, to be shared globally across our stores and support offices.  We’re not just looking for someone who can check off boxes; we want a visionary who can turn ideas into reality. 

We believe in continuous improvement and learning from both successes and failures.  Therefore, you’ll play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of our learning experiences and refining them based on feedback and data insights.  Your analytical mindset and willingness to experiment will support you in driving innovation and results. 

With your expertise in organisational development and project management, you’ll focus on developing learner experience solutions for our Global Culture Projects such as Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, and Wellbeing.  You’ll bring a broad understanding of how to work with global or matrix organisations from both a strategic and a hands-on approach.
