Marketing Assistant (Admin & Project management)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our marketing department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative Support:
Support and own the Ariba system for the marketing department. This entails uploading all invoices and managing the follow up process.
Work closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses.
Support the content manager on various tasks.
Support the CMO with various admin tasks
Manage and own the team KPI scorecard, working closely with the CMO to ensure everyone is on track, while highlighting any concerns.
Meeting Coordination:
Arrange podcast production at our offices by liaising between our hosts and guests.
Take part in Podcast brainstorming.
Expense Tracking:
Manage and track all entertainment expenses & Travel expenses for the team.
Event Logistics:
Support the coordination of marketing events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
Support with conferences
Communication:
Support with internal comms.
Setup and management of Townhall meetings
Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and direct them to the appropriate team member.

2+ years in a similar Marketing role
Degree in Marketing, project management or similar relevant field preferred but not essential
