As an Exhibitions Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the conceptualization, design, and execution of visually appealing and effective event and exhibition spaces. Working closely with senior designers and Account and business development managers. You will contribute to creating immersive and engaging experiences that meet the objectives of clients and leave a lasting impression on attendees.
Requirements
Collaborate with senior designers and clients to understand project objectives, themes, and requirements.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts for event and exhibition designs.
Assist in developing detailed design proposals, including floor plans, full detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations. Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.
Research and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and decorative elements to enhance the overall design.
Ensure that selected elements align with the client's brand and messaging.
Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp+Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite) to create accurate and visually appealing design presentations.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility and practicality of design concepts.
Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.
Source cost-effective materials and solutions while maintaining design quality.
Engage with clients to present design concepts and gather feedback.
Maintain clear and open communication to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Assist in the on-site setup and installation of event and exhibition designs.
Address any design-related issues that may arise during the build-up if needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
Apply this knowledge to enhance the creativity and relevance of designs.
Technical knowledge of Exhibitions venue regulations and overall build
