The Future of Events Academy is an internship program that aims to train and develop students or fresh graduates who are interested in the events industry.

It welcomes talents from different backgrounds and culture. It's a program for them to learn, grow and network with industry professionals with the potential of securing a full-time position!

Requirements

• Basic support for Office 365 (User creation, License Allocation, Group Assignments, Email filtering/block), Outlook configuration, Archiving)
• Maintain records for all IT assets and tracking.
• Maintain a record for new SIM cards
• Maintaining IT log issues
• System Setup  (Windows and software installations)
• Support end users in day-to-day issues

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Access point configuration, Application software installations, and Installation of peripherals (printer, scanner)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
