Your Purpose
This role allows the opportunity for someone to work across the full Talent spectrum of recruitment and development by providing end to end support on all Western Europe entry level talent initiatives including recruitment, selection, pre-onboarding, induction, review and ongoing development. The scope of the role includes early careers apprenticeship schemes and graduate programmes and will evolve to include any other early career initiatives such as: school leavers programmes, placement years and any other initiative targeted to attract, develop and retain entry level talent.
