Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet employees, visitors, customers, and suppliers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Proactively assist employees, visitors, customers, and suppliers with their needs.
  • Prepare and distribute name badges for employees and visitors, ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
  • Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms as needed.
  • Coordinate supply of refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming emails and calls, providing accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the office area and meeting rooms to reflect the company's professional image.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly and handle junk mail appropriately.

Job Responsibilities Continued

  • Maintain facility information in electronic format including compliance documents.
  • Manage inventory levels and order/maintain supplies, including stationery.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
  • Update plant metrics, dashboards, and internal notice boards.
  • Lead on site activities and engagement in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.
  • Manage and support company days/events.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Qualification in a relevant field an advantage.
  • Currently working in a similar role, 2-3 years of experience.
