Summary:
The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to lead critical projects which supports the execution of the long-term strategic plan, including initiatives to drive productivity and improve efficiency. This role will be the catalyst in building a lean management culture within our organization. The role will collaborate and network within the Voith organization to deliver the desired results and outcomes. This role will also be an active member of the Leadership Team.
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be a change agent, highly organized; have the ability to assess complex problems/situations and help facilitate and deliver effective solutions. The person must be outgoing/action oriented, hands on and have outstanding communication skills, including interpersonal and influencing skills.

Employees in this position are regularly required to walk, stand and use hands to finger, handle or feel. They are frequently required to reach with hands and arms. They are occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear and regularly required to lift 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. Safety glasses, hearing protection and other PPE are required in designated areas.
