The hours for 1.0 would be: Monday- OFF Tuesday- 8:30- 9:00 pm Wednesday- 8:30- 5:00 pm Thursday- 8:30- 9:00pm Friday- 8:30- 5:00 pm For 0.9 would be: Monday - OFF Tuesday - 8:30- 9:00 pm Wednesday- 8:30-12:30 Thursday- 8:30- 9:00pm Friday- 8:30- 5:00 pm
Starting Pay: $21.86/Hr.

Medical students from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and Medical College of Wisconsin also rotate at our site. The entire staff of the clinic is involved in the quality improvement and educational projects that create a learning community. We serve a wide variety of patients, including typically underserved patients.

Provide direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician (Provider) within the PHMG – Clinic. The MA/LPN will provide care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.
Some of the job responsibilities include: preparing exam room; ensure sufficient stock of supplies, materials, and instruments; room patients and obtain vital signs; request and record health history; and ensure accurate and timely documentation into the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) or other patient records.
