Schedule Details: Pharmacists in this role work second shift with the opportunity to pick additional shifts as available. Second shift pharmacists at Waukesha Memorial Hospital start at 1330 or 1430 and work until 2200 or 2300, 7 days on and 7 days off. Pharmacists in this role will staff primarily at the Waukesha campus but may be trained at the other hospitals pending need and interest. Pharmacist at times may be required to enter ante/buffer rooms and hood spaces, and as a requirement from regulatory bodies, must be jewelry and makeup free.
Promotes positive patient outcomes for patients and families of ProHealth Care utilizing pharmaceutical care. The pharmacist incorporates and demonstrates clinical skills and customer service strategies in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
