Position Overview: The Head of technology Innovation & Business Applications will play a pivotal role in leading TOP's digital transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategic priorities. This position entails defining the digital roadmap within the organisation, overseeing its execution and acting as the main point of contact for Clients and Partners This position requires a forward-thinking individual with expertise in digital technologies, project management, and strategic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the TOP digital roadmap in alignment with organizational goals, collaborating with business unit resources.
• Identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance the customer experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operational Expenditure (OPEX) costs allocated to digital initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Challenge the status quo and develop innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage and win contracts.
• Maintain and improve existing business support applications, ensuring industry best practices and successful business continuity.
• Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and implement best practices to drive competitive advantage.
• Fully leverage on the Salesforce platform capabilities and maintain current 15+ business applications. 
• Build and lead a high-performance team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and business leaders to understand digital needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Manage implementation partners relationships to ensure appropriate return on investment.

About you

We are looking for a seasoned professional who will confident taking on the challenges that face a contract that is worth over 1 billion dollars. Tenure is not everything however a significant amount of time within a  strategic leadership position in digital transformation is a large advantage. The applicant should have demonstrable evidence of implementing change and fostering innovation. We are looking for someone with knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance related to digital transformation. Additionally this role requires a strong understanding of corporate finance and process improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field; MBA degree preferred.
• Agile Methodology qualifications such as Scrum Product Owner or ScrumMaster Certification.
• One or more project, program, or portfolio management qualifications such as Prince2, MSP, MoP.
• Relevant certifications in digital strategy, leadership, or related fields are advantageous.
