A vacancy has arisen within our Refrigeration Division based in Biggleswade for a Regional Communication & Brand Manager. The role contributes to the success of the Refrigeration Division of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd through management of our Communication & Brand Management Team for the UK. Effectively delivering the global communication strategy (PR, Paid Media, Trade, Events) on a local basis and providing support for sales, eCommerce, whilst managing the Digital Communications Manager and agency relationships. As well as always ensuring outstanding customer service and working within the Company’s key result areas, Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.
Your Responsibilities as a Regional Communication & Brand Manager:
Leading the regional communication and brand management team in close cooperation with the global headquarters.
Ensuring a consistent customer journey along all traditional and digital touchpoints and further develop our multi-channel strategy in line with the global brand and communication strategy.
Developing and implementing inspiring local B2B and B2C communication activities to support the market position and enhance Liebherr’s brand image.
Effectively adapting global creative brand content, e.g catalogues, POS materials for the UK market, including validating translations of global content.
Validate translations of centrally provided materials
Special focus on in-store and digital experience, analogue and digital advertising, trade shows, events and showrooms as well as trade marketing activities
Being key point of contact for global communication and brand management, as well as regional sales and eCommerce
Anchoring the brand strategy throughout the organisation
Managing PR activities for the UK region in coordination with the global team and liaising with local journalists and stakeholders
Efficient and effective KPI and budget management
Continuous improvement through striving to improve the current processes and structures
Your Profile as Regional Communication & Brand Manager:
The successful candidate will require the following:
Marketing, communications or closely aligned degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in marketing communications for a premium brand, ideally with B2B and B2C experience.
