About the role

• Maintaining Utilities and other building services across the Banbury site
• Support installation and modifications of site services
• Ensure site services meet current guidelines and regulations of the relevant authorities and agencies
• Continual maintenance and improvement of the site facilities in conjunction with external and internal personnel
• Propose and justify improvement through to capex applications with key focus on energy reduction

Key responsibilities

• Set up, organise and execute Plant Maintenance routines for all site Utilities and Facilities
• Carry out crucial planned preventative maintenance tasks and provide condition reports on the sites CMMS system
• Supervise contractors and organize Permit to Work and Review Risk Assessment and Method Statements
• Ensure compliance and adherence to site safety rules for supervision of contractors
• Follow up and close out any consolidated actions raised against site facilities/utilities

About you

• Skilled Maintenance Engineer
• Knowledge of Water treatment, HVAC, Refrigeration, Compressors, Boilers and Building maintenance
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Safety System and Maintenance Management System

•  CDM safety training
•  ISOsh Working safely
• Engineering competence or experience
