About the role

• All site services compliance planning and organisation of work.
• All site services contractor management.
• Create and manage all Maximo work orders and POs relating to site service activities.
• To collect all daily, weekly and monthly meter readings.
• PM and job planning and coordination of site services activities.
• Support queries and questions from internal and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities

• Maintenance/ repairs to site services including chillers, compressors and boilers
• Ensure site services meet current guidelines and regulations of the relevant authorities and agencies
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety & HSE requirements
• Manage the site water treatment contractors' and ensure compliance
• Work with refrigeration contractors to arrange schedule maintenance and repairs of site chillers
• Create and monitor the effectiveness of planned preventative maintenance schedule for all site services
• Organise and manage external contractors including risk assessment reviews and issuing Permits to work

About you

• BTEC (practical and theory) or equivalent in an Engineering related discipline.
• Computer Literate, basic use of Word, Excel and Maximo IT systems.
• Experienced Mechanical and Electrical competences
• Gas Safe, F-GAS Desirable
• Supervision experience, including Contractor control advantageous
• Knowledge of Water treatment, HVAC, Ammonia, Compressors, Boilers and Building maintenance
• Knowledge of Safety System and Maintenance Management Systems
• Practical knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements
