12 Month Fixed Term Contract 

An exciting opportunity to Join the Group Skills and Capability team as a Digital Learning content designer and developer. We are looking for a seasoned designer/developer to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate they have the relevant experience and skills to support a varied and technical internal customer base. We require the successful candidate to have a strong blend of both Instructional design experience and content developer skills, to support end-to-end process of learning design and content delivery. The job allows flexibility to work hybrid, with a mix of occasional work from our Farnborough office (min of one/two days per week) and working from home. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Apply instructional design principles such as ADDIE to design and create digital learning packages
• Develop digital learning products such as eLearning, videos, toolkits, simulations, reference guides for a range of business and learning topics.  
• Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) from across our business to define their digital learning requirements, agree scope, design, develop and implement the learning packages.
• Quality testing of digital learning products for accuracy and errors

Experience and Qualifications: 

• Tech savvy with ability to pick-up use of online tools quickly
• Experience working with Learning Management systems, and, or, LXPs.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Proactive / forward thinker
• Self-Starter/learner
• Preferable – experience in creating learning packages for Technical/engineering/scientific topics, as well as, systems and soft-skills topics.
