We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and motivated individual to help us develop and maintain our Flight Test Instrumentation capability in readiness for growth in our core and new business
Role Purpose
The Senior Engineer – Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) is responsible for delivering FTI solutions to the highest standards for technical output in the FTI function within the Aviation Engineering Centre at Boscombe Down
They will work in support of the Solution and Capability Lead Engineer within the FTI field of Engineering to ensure that the Aviation Engineering Centre is able to specify, design, produce and integrate high quality FTI solutions for crewed, un-crewed and ship platforms
They will be a recognised expert within their Area of Responsibility (AoR) and will drive best practice and development in FTI techniques and methods employing proven and emerging novel technology as appropriate to customer requirement
