As Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for driving best-in-class presence for NIVEA brands online by organising and maintaining Beiersdorf ecommerce databases.

You will support the NIVEA Marketing team with administrative tasks, ad hoc projects and events management contributing to the execution of marketing plans and operational excellence.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Your Tasks

• Continuous management of key NIVEA ecommerce tools: PIM, Profitero & Remazing to ensure a strong online presence for NIVEA. 
• Work with a creative agency to localise global brand packshots and secondary images into correct specifications and sizes for UK e-retailers.
• Ensure all New Product Launches and Relaunches go live online on time and in full.
• Management of internal information requests e.g. collating product assortments, product images, and slides.
• Help with the organisation and coordination of marketing events, such as conferences and retailer planning days.
• Set up a new process for brand folder organisation and archiving of documents ensuring consistency across the team. 
• Keep the NIVEA team on track and organised! Find ways to simplify daily tasks and optimise processes.
• Support on key administrative tasks, including raising POs and sample orders.
• Opportunity to get involved with additional marketing projects across the team.

Your Profile

• Some marketing experience would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills able to deliver in full and on time
• Positive ‘Can Do’ Attitude
• Team Player with strong communication skills
• Resilience is key, able to work well under pressure
