Veolia ANZ is seeking a Microsoft End User Computing Lead to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering, implementing, and supporting our Windows end user computing platform, application deployment, and management services across Australia and NZ
to meet Veolia’s business requirements. You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team and be a key contributor to the development of the team’s overall success.
The role is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Cambridge, Tasmania.

What you'll be responsible for
Deliver EUC solutions as per the business requirements
Prioritise and manage ServiceNow queues and project based workload in the EUC space,
Provide support, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to EUC environment and solutions.
Enhance and improve the security posture of EUC landscape by managing endpoint security solutions, content filtering and encryption solutions
Focus on managing and securing Active Directory
Optimise/manage the SCCM environment and leverage the same for endpoint management.
Deploy enterprise applications and troubleshoot application issues
What you'll need to be successful
Two or more years’ experience in a senior EUC role in an enterprise environment and looking to step up to the role of EUC lead
Technical certifications and experience related to the design and build of end-user workspace environment
Experience with application packaging is necessary
Min 2 years experience in a Microsoft windows enterprise environment i.e Windows Server OS, VMware, PowerShell, Citrix
