Reports to: QA Systems Technician
Location: Ornua Foods UK, Leek
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced administrator looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organisation to its next level of success?
Ornua is actively seeking a Quality Systems Administrator to join our Technical department as we continue our growth trajectory. As our next Quality Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in; the daily maintenance of the systems used for handling customer complaints, generating certificates analysis (COA), and responding to retailer, consumer and third-party complaints.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
- The Quality Systems Administrator is responsible for leading on;
- Handling of complaints in accordance with the timescales outlined in the Complaints Handling Procedure.
- Trending of Data to support implementation of quality improvement plans and achieve site reduction in complaints.
- Reporting of data as required to support the Senior Management Commitment and Continual Improvement Procedure.
- Completion of robust Internal Audits in adherence with the Internal Audit Procedure.
- Support with Documentation Issue in accordance with the Document Control Procedure and to ensure all required documents are reviewed annually.

- Competent on MS office packages
