Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

As Transformation Resource Manager you will lead the activity to develop the recruitment strategy to enable us to enhance and grow our capabilities to deliver better change outcomes and service for the organisation.

 

As part of the Transformation Service Delivery team, you will define change as a service to the business, supported by improved

communications, reporting, capability maturity model measures and capability build plans, service delivery KPI’s and risk management capabilities.

 

About the role

 

  • Understand and manage the immediate and longer term resource demand across the change portfolio   
  • Develop a talent pipeline and sourcing strategy to attract and retain the best candidates through development of training and career growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with third party resource providers to negotiate on contracts and ensuring service delivery is in line with standards and measures defined
  • Ensure that the recruitment of permanent or third party resources will enable us to improve our service offering, using data and insight to uncover areas for development and/or opportunity
  • Ensure we optimise the use of the Transformation Platform where possible

 

About you

 

  • Possess a good understanding of change management and the roles required to support
  • Experience in leading a Recruitment process
  • Excellent knowledge in managing third parties
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience of people leadership
