As Business Analysis Manager you are responsible for the oversight and quality of complex business analysis within projects and across programmes.

Collaborating with senior leaders across the business to understand and translate the business strategy, you will play a lead role in the planning and execution of all Business Analysis work. Key to the continued success will be focussing on improving the capability of individuals within the team as well as the overall function.

About the role

• Provide deep technical expertise in analysis which includes leading and conducting data analysis, scoping, investigation, documenting and analysing current business processes, developing and implementing analytical models, and interpreting and presenting analytical results
• Define solution options that meet the requirements of the business. Identify alternatives, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches
• Translate business needs into requirements, identifying the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution
• Communicate analytical results to stakeholders, developing clear and concise presentations
• Confidently lead and set activities/workload for other analysts within a project
• Collaborate with Senior Lead Analysts in other business areas to deliver a consistent approach and quality of analysis across the Transformation function

About you

• Expert Knowledge and experience of Analysis
• Expert in applying specialist knowledge across various business areas and maintains commercial and customer focus
• Extensive understanding of analysis techniques, including process modelling, data modelling, functional decomposition and organisational modelling
• Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and to articulate principles and drivers for change
• Experience of delivering projects in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology
• Experience of leading both individuals and teams
• Ability to influence and drive change and continuous improvement
• Good understanding of cross industry best practice, tools and techniques
