We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brand and Marketing team on a permanent basis. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering the marketing plan to support new business growth for workplace pensions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and stakeholder management.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new employers and increase our market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement acquisition campaigns based on insight, analyse market trends and data, and optimise marketing efforts to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance-based acquisition marketing, as well as solid experience in managing multi-channel media.
