We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our Brand and Marketing team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting new role whose focus will be to develop and deliver bespoke employee engagement programs for workplace pension schemes in partnership with the employer, through a combination of marketing and relationship management/consultancy capability. It is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and stakeholder management.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver marketing programs based on insight, using data to demonstrate performance effectiveness and contribution to the business plan. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative performance-based marketer to lead on marketing activity in support of business ambitions.
