This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed team who’s purpose is to identify and unlock efficienciesacross Royal London. You will identify and shape cost saving options and drive the delivery of the change. That might be working with existing squads or projects to influence them to deliver the chaange, or drive the change yourself, depending if the improvement fits into an existing change or not.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement innovative solutions, and drive positive change across Royal London for our customers and colleagues.
About the role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvements to the way we do things
Identify opportunities, risks and improvements to the overall E2E process
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements and make necessary adjustments
Take ownership for the completeness and accuracy of E2E efficiency model
Develop and maintain Royal London’s business process improvement methodology in conjunction with colleagues to ensure it fits into the wider way we prioritise, design and deliver change
Train and educate team members on new processes or procedures, share best practice and be an advocate for efficient design and reuse
About you
A curious mind and creative problem solver with thirst for learning, innovation and trying new things
Resilience in the face of any resistance to new ideas and ways of doing things
Logical, attention to detail alongside big-picture strategic thinker
Someone who can bring clarity and order to ambiguous, unstructured business problems
Ability to analyse a business problem, considering all the moving parts of the full end to end and identify improvements at strategic level
Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and Root Cause Analysis
Experience of technology driven process improvement technologies, including automation, robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence
The ability to translate business and customer outcomes into solutions
Strong commercial acumen with an appreciation of commercial impacts of potential solutions in a 3rd party supplier landscape
