We are currently looking for multiple Team Managers to join us across Group Technology Operations. In this role you will be supporting a team that will sit within Consumer, Long Standing Customer and the Income Release, Retirements and Transfers Out teams, who are tasked with a variety of processes on a day-to-day basis. As Team Manager you will lead the way and develop your team's skills and confidence, allowing them to take ownership of customer/IFA and employer queries, and provide consistently positive solutions.
You will support your team to deliver key company and department objectives through coaching, 1:1s and setting out clearly defined objectives to allow them to reach their full potential.
