Job Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator (EUC)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's EUC infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are fully operational. You will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to carry out their day-to-day responsibilities.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to both design and implement new EUC technologies, as well as supporting existing ones. These platforms underpin the experience our colleagues have on a day-to-day basis so we’re always looking for ways to improve the service we provide.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be knowledgeable with End User Computing technologies such as Windows, Microsoft 365 and Intune. Additionally, you should have excellent critical thinking skills and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
