Job Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our Microsoft 365 (M365) team. As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's M365 platform, ensuring that all systems are fully operational. You will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to carry out their day-to-day responsibilities.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the M365 platform and associated applications which are used by our colleagues daily. You will also look for ways to continually improve the service through delivery of new capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be knowledgeable with the M365 platform and applications. Additionally, you should have excellent critical thinking skills and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
