We are currently recruiting an exciting role within the team for, FinOps Lead. This role is responsible for ensuring we effectively manage costs and cost-risk in dynamic cloud consumption at Royal London. They will do this by developing, maintaining, and supporting cloud cost management practices, identifying, and driving cloud cost optimization and rightsizing opportunities, supporting cloud-enabled teams responsible for their own workloads through education and data-driven insights, and measuring KPIs and controls related to cloud costs.
The Cloud Centre of Excellence is a set of centralized services and has capability to provide and manage a secure and compliant path for cloud consumption, enable and accelerate cloud adoption, and establish or operate key cloud risks, controls and KPIs including financial operations and team performance.
You will be joining a dynamic and growing team, and have experience within Azure, AWS or GCP. With strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the group, managing budgets, tracking spend and working on multiple projects.The role contributes to our purpose Strengthening the mutual choice for our customers.
