We are looking for a Business Analyst I who will play a critical role in supporting our Channel Partners and/or Internal Stakeholders, and drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness within Supply Operations, including:

• Understanding intricate details on systems and processes within Supply Operations and upstream stakeholder teams
• Ideas and execution on operational efficiencies on E2E processes – upstream and downstream
• Managing transactional reports and system movements

This is a role that will work with our amazing team including but not limited to our Account Managers, Master Data team, Channel Partners, Business Stakeholders and 3PL Warehouse(s) ensuring strong collaboration.

What you'll do

• Process system transactions and movements; order creation, serial number look-up, PO Conversions, data validation
• Generate various system reports
• Provide support on tasks related to: step by step process documentation, back up support, and special requests, etc
• Performs other functions as assigned

Qualifications

What you bring

• Highly detail oriented, organized, and have exceptional analytical skills
• Knowledge of Google applications (Sheets) and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong understanding of the wireless business and/or operations
• SAP an asset
• Ability to embrace and adapt to change in a continuous learning environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to Multi-task, work in fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proven analytical abilities – some knowledge of business intelligence skills and tools (ie: DOMO, tableau)
• Proactive mindset to identify process improvement opportunities
• Systematic approach to solving problems
• Hyper-focused on delivering great customer experiences aligned to our outcomes
• Adept at working in a highly collaborative lean, agile environment
• Well-versed in the interplay between business, technical and customer needs
• Ability to work independently
