Role: UK Risk Assurance Analyst- Belfast

Are you interested in playing a vital role in providing independent second line assurance on business processes, systems and controls to manage key compliance and operational risks within AIB UK?
UK Risk & Compliance Assurance is a second line of defence function comprising of Operational Risk and Compliance assurance, reporting to the Head of UK Operational Risk. AIB UK is a dynamic business and Risk plays a key role in providing second line assurance to the Senior Management Team and the UK Board as to the standard of the control environment. The role will present exciting learning and career development opportunities for individuals working within the team.
Within Risk & Compliance Assurance, the primary objective of the team is to provide an independent evaluation of business processes, systems and controls in place to manage key compliance and operational risks (including AML and financial crime). Also, to support business areas in identifying gaps in their controls and provide remediation recommendations to senior management to enable continuous improvement in the control environment, ensuring that the Bank has a robust and compliant infrastructure in place in order to fulfil its regulatory obligations.
