About the job
The Recruiter will develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Develop and implement recruiting & staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. Source and screen candidates to meet hiring goals of the manufacturing plant by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
You will work on
Assess hiring needs to effectively target appropriate candidate sources/populations.
Seek passive candidates within the community.
Creates and maintains candidate pools of qualified candidates through frequent contact and notifications of positions. Builds pipelines of qualified candidates.
Builds applicant sources by researching & contacting community services, sourcing in the local community, schools & colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.
Develops job posting, social media strategies and local community marketing.
Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Provides organizational information, opportunities and benefits; making presentations and maintaining relationships in the community that will assist in meeting our hiring objectives.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Monitor recruitment effectiveness by tracking and evaluating results and measurements as they pertain to new leads, conversion, and retention.

Your qualifications and skills
Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent in related business field plus three (2-4) years’ recruiting experience.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Demonstrated record of meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proven ability to develop successful partnerships with internal and external team members.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
