The Mission Office Site Coordinator leads and organizes the site Mission Office activities and communicates the culture and the STRIDES values for all internal audiences. This position is responsible for facilitating staff development and education by promoting an environment where people are developed to explore and apply their potential to realize their dreams and develop in their vocation. Collaborates with corporate teams, reporting and documentation for the Site Mission activities, and supervises the execution of activities.
Lead and organize the Mission Office activities
Provide leadership and structure by monitoring goals related to our mission and social responsibility program
Develop strategies and projects to provide a values-oriented work environment in order to improve their workplace, physical health, mental and spiritual growth
Participate in the MANCOM meetings and support the MANCOM through initiatives to strengthen their leadership and their role in a mission driven company
Participate actively in the Mission Biweekly meetings
Provide attention to employees to help them understand the importance of their role
Maintain updated records about projects and activities
Coordinate effective meetings
Follow up on projects and tasks
Facilitate a weekly/biweekly/monthly meeting with the Local Committee team to entrust the mission
Participate actively in the development of each activity/project
Coordinate, monitor and supervise the activities/projects of subordinates
Manage all the tools the Mission Office assigns
