We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Procurement team as a Systems & Process Specialist based in Coventry.
In this role, you will be responsible for System and Process administration, providing front line support to colleagues in Procurement and Contract Management who use our systems and processes. You will collaborate both internally and externally to resolve issues and queries ensuring we deliver a fantastic service for our colleagues and stakeholders.
The Systems and Process Specialist role sits within our Process, Systems and Sustainability team, providing system administration and configuration services to our Procurement and Contract Management Team as well as our Capital & Commercial Services department, this includes providing direct support for our category/contract managers and our external suppliers.
We are currently in the midst of deploying our Process and Systems Strategy, where we are embedding, enabling and enhancing our technology solutions. This presents a wealth of opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved in a variety of projects, from process changes to systems upgrades and coaching and training your stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for experience in using Excel, including developing and maintaining spreadsheets and high data volumes Having a continuous improvement mindset; constantly seeking ways to improve processes – making more efficient and reducing risk will be beneficial.
