We’re recruiting for a Senior Performance Analyst to partner our various Capital Delivery & Design teams to drive continuous improvement activities and proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting and performance.

 

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW  

 

You will support the development and implementation of short to long term plans regarding metrics for improving the performance of Capital Delivery & Design. You will be responsible for reviewing and analysing data, building sustainable automated reports, and tracking results/improvements off the back of these.  You’ll assist in improving data integrity and developing improvement plans, along with providing the reporting to aid the business drive the improvement across their teams.

 

You will contribute to and constructively challenge any poor performing aspects of the end-to-end process and constantly drive for more effective and efficient ways to deliver outstanding service to stakeholders. You will develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Capital Delivery & Design and act as a first point of contact for reporting and deeper analysis. You will utilise company best practices such as SBF tools and techniques to support and lead change initiatives and ensure compliance to processes through supporting teams and acting as their point of contact.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

Ideally holding a relevant qualification, with high analytical and technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement, you will have experience working in a process improvement, data or analytical environment.  You will have the technical background that enables you to build intuitive Power BI reports, that enable the users to drive critical business decisions from. Ideally you would have a background in Data, and be able to understand large complex data models, providing improvement suggestions around how this is used through reporting to drive performance. 

 

You will have an excellent track record of simplifying complex ideas and situations, demonstrating these to your audience so they become clear and can drive accurate decisions. You will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate, engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to think differently and come up with new and innovative ideas regarding reporting with the data we have available.
