EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Working for Hafren Dyfrdwy in our wonderful Network Operations Department, you will get the opportunity to deliver an excellent service to our customers across the whole of our region, serving the people of Mid and North Wales to ensure that that their water supply is constant.
As a Repair, Maintenance and Capital Team Manager, there will be a variety of responsibilities. You will lead a dynamic team of Field Network Operatives, ensuring that repair and maintenance of our water network is carried out in a safe manner, optimising resource and meeting customer requirements.
You would also be responsible for the delivery of Capital project, such as main-laying and Network enhancement work, required to be completed within SLA and within Budget.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
As our Repair, Maintenance & Capital Team Manager, you will be part of our operational management team working with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues to deliver R&M and network capital projects, with a great customer mindset, across the whole of the HD region.
We are looking for someone who can deliver great performance against these key accountabilities:
We will be looking for you to have experience of managing teams, ideally in an outside working environment.
We will want you to take Health and Safety as seriously as we do and if you have any relevant qualifications for the role, that would be great.
We will also need you to have a full UK driving licence as you will need to be travelling to site.
