EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re looking for a Scheduler to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team in Pride Park, Derby to support our field operators and maintenance technicians by ensuring they have the right work, at the right time to maintain our assets.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to;
You may also be asked to cover for Workflow Technicians and Real Time Scheduling Technicians when there is lots of holiday.
In this role, you’ll be based at our Pride Park, Derby office. Your working hours will be Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Stakeholder management is key in this role as you’ll be liaising with colleagues in numerous teams, from Operations to Real Time Scheduling and Workflow Management to get jobs scheduled. You’ll love building relationships with others and adapting your communication style to suit others.
You’re a people focussed person, a strong communicator and happy to help others when they need support.
You’ll use your initiative to solve problems and call out issues to make others aware.
You bring a positive energy to a team and have a strong work ethic, happy to work hard to get what you need, done.
If you have a scheduling background, you’d be a perfect fit for this role. It would also be advantageous if you’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
