EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW   

 

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Field team as a Metering Administrative Assistant.

  

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all Metering Field administrative tasks are managed and completed efficiently and effectively. To help support the team’s performance and contribute to the customer experience including a reduction in cost to serve and contributing to our department targets and business ODI’s.   

 

You’ll need to be a good team player and share the ethos of striving to work in the best team environment you can.

 

This role requires you to work Monday - Friday 8:00– 16:00

 

That’s right, set shifts and no weekends!

 

 

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE  

 

 The key accountabilities of this role will include:

 

  • Proficient in excel and other Microsoft packages as these will be used daily.

 

  • Completion of quality checks on meter reading and field jobs. Identify issues and report to manager.

 

  • Responsible for booking meetings, rooms, and completion of next steps.

 

  • Maintain asset register and stock levels, including equipment and meters.

 

  • Responsible for producing the weekly Metering communication (The Flow).

 

  • Maintain the Metering Field Complaints tracker.

 

 

 

 

You will have Excellent customer communication skills – ability to discuss challenging situations remotely and communicate to progress a job to resolution

 

You’ll need to be proactive and have the right attitude to work as you will be working in a fast moving, demanding target driven environment.
