 EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

 

We’re looking for a HR Hub Advisor to help deliver quality first line advice and to work with both our colleagues and customers to resolve queries within our agreed SLA timescales -The role will be based at our head office in Coventry. 

 

As our new HR Hub Advisor, you’ll be passionate about providing a positive customer experience by delivering proven, personalised advice and guidance on all employee relation matters. Putting your HR experience to practice, you’ll also support the employee lifecycle processes and advise managers on policies and procedures.

 

Problem solving, thinking outside of the box, attention to detail and strong organisation skills will also be some of the many skills you love using daily, as you support with HR and Payroll administration.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

 

  • Influencing managers on all Employee Relation matters to ensure that the best outcome is reached in line with legislation
  • Decide on which Employee Relation cases are raised to the Casework team, along with full diagnostics of each case
  • Coach and mentor line managers in probation, performance review and absence reviews to help drive capability
  • Carrying out action workflow requests, including leavers, flexible working requests, maternity leave, etc in a timely, accurate manner
  • Accountable for the administration of Payroll activities including the resolution of complex pay calculations
  • Analysis of weekly and monthly payroll reporting ensuring pay accuracy is maintained
  • Responsible for the Administration of Change programmes including business restructures, TUPE’s, changes to T&Cs, etc.
  • Advise on Reward & Benefits
