EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW  

 

In this role you’ll act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, whist building strong relationships with both the internal teams and our supply chain partners to provide an excellent service.

 

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

 

  • Extensive diary management
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings
  • Agenda setting and creating slide packs using Powerpoint
  • Build relationships with internal and external PA network
  • Book travel when required and action expense claims
  • Arranging and planning key events
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Support other PA’S within the team as required
  • Regularly liaising with senior leadership and business leaders
  • Regularly attend management meetings to support with capturing actions/next steps, following up, actioning and chasing as required
  • Action Purchase Order approvals and follow up on key projects
     

This role will be based at our Severn Trent Centre, Coventry, and will include travel to different sites on a regular basis within the region.

 

You’ll join a helpful and supportive team who together has one goal to support our Senior Leadership Team (SMT). The significance of the work you will do as a full time Personal Assistant makes this such an exciting team to be a part of!

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

 

You'll have experience in liaising with senior leadership and are used to working in a busy, face-paced environment.

 

This role will suit someone who is super organised, proactive and a great communicator. As a PA, you’ll need to be computer savvy and know your way around Microsoft packages like Outlook, word etc and having experience with Teams, Powerpoint and Sharepoint would be a great advantage.
