EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
We’re looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our Capital Delivery team and will be based in our ( Finham office, Coventry)
The Lead Project Manager will lead an integrated team to deliver programmes of work within Severn Trent’s Capital Investment Programme specifically related to Blocks Delivery. You will lead a team of project managers and Assistant Project Managers, working with key stakeholders to deliver assigned projects to time and budget, continuously challenging and innovating to improve performance and drive continuous improvement. You will provide robust leadership to enable design, procurement and construction of multiple projects as well as nurturing the development of your team and their success.

You will be a dynamic and collaborative individual with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have a strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds, and hold a relentless drive for continuous improvement, with the ability to innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
