We’re always looking to ensure that the service we provide our customers is the best we can and as part of that we have our own in-house project & change team who work with our individual business areas to ensure we’re best in class delivering transformation and change programmes. To enable this, we’re looking for a Change Communication Manager (12 month FTC) to join us to work on a large transformation programme to ensure that we’re delivering the right messages, to the right people, at the right time.
In this bespoke role, we’ll be looking for you to be responsible for overseeing and delivering our key stakeholder engagement & communications plan to support our programme to make sure our change lands effectively. You will work directly within the programme team, both leading and delivering a suite of effective stakeholder engagement and communications activities that align to overall programme objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We’re looking for our Change Communications Manager to be a great communicator, both verbally and written as well as having the passion and creativity to bring new ideas to the table to help make our service even better. You’ll have a proven track record of working in business change communications, with demonstrable experience of working on Operational or Technology change programmes. We need someone who is willing to learn all about our complex organisation, making contacts at all levels, and who can make the service we provide even better.
When it comes to how we work, we want to keep up those special in-person moments, to keep our culture alive which means we spend the majority of the week at one of our offices or sites with our colleagues.
