Manage the duties and front of house activities associated with the Visitor Attraction centre reception in an efficient, positive and professional manner ensuring the image and integrity of Welsh Water is maintained at a high level. This will include:
1 Acting as the first point of contact for all external bodies, visitors and members of the public attending the visitor attraction centre 2 Effectively contributing to the visitors’ attractions team objectives and goals. You will be required to manage meeting room bookings, catering, and water-sports requirements 3 Contributing to health and safety requirements on site, ensuring a safe and fit for purpose working environment for staff and visitors 4 Assisting the Visitor Attraction management team with ensuring that Welsh Water operates and maintains a safe and secure working environment, achieving the required standards of Health and Safety and Statutory Compliance. Assisting with Fire Registers, evacuations, first aid and security of both staff and visitors 5 Meeting and greeting Visitors, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and are met by their site contact 6 Dealing with all telephone enquiries and contacting externally and internally, transferring calls, taking messages, answering queries, for all aspects of site activities 7 Assisting Business Support with general day to day administrations tasks 8 Assisting with all elements of post both internally and externally, recorded deliveries, parcels and packages, couriers and special deliveries on site 9 Monitor, create and rearrange water sports booking system via EOLA software 10 Undertaking any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business
