As part of this apprenticeship, you will contribute to a course of action to resolve potential or actual Distribution/Leakage issues in order to minimise the level of inconvenience to the customer.
This will include;
• Dealing with sometimes difficult situations in a friendly and professional manner, whilst striving for a speedy resolution.
• Conducting visual inspections.
• Achieving and maintaining the area leakage targets.
• Reacting and working alongside all other departments during any incidents.
• Making recommendations for the improvement of the network.
• Ensuring the proper application and compliance with all company health and safety procedures, with the safety of colleagues and customers always in mind.
You will need an English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above and also working towards a driving licence if you haven’t already got one.
