Our Cartref programme of works helps customers to identify and fix common internal leaks such as toilets and educate them in how to be more water efficient. You will support the delivery of the Cartref programme, by developing, trialling, and delivering our water efficiency support offerings, whilst promoting the wider Cartref offerings both within the company and to our customer base. Our customers range from typical domestic customers, to charities, housing associations or a local council. Your duties will include:
As a Water Efficiency Advisor you will deliver our Water Efficiency Programme of offerings, this includes but is not limited to:
Internal
• Welsh Water Senior Staff
• Water Regulations
• Water Network Services
• Vulnerability Team
• Billing
• OCC and BCC
External
• Customers
• Local Authorities – Councillors/AM’s/MP’s
• Other Customer Stakeholder groups e.g. Consumer Council for Water (CCW) and Ofwat
• External Training providers
• External providers of services required
