As a Graphic Designer in our Creative team, you will be involved in a wide range of creative projects for our clients within the healthcare sector. This may include brand development, the design and layout of infographics as well as event materials. Depending on your skillset, you may also be involved in digital projects such as the design of interactive materials for exhibitions, video editing, animations, and the creation of eLearning modules.
Where possible, you will be involved in all stages of a project, from the initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This will involve collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients at the outset of projects to determine the scope and purpose. You will then produce materials to high standards of clarity, presentation, and innovation, providing technical insight and guidance where required.
At Costello Medical, our in-house Creative team are passionate about data visualisation and optimising the way scientific content is communicated. Requirements
Our Creative division is looking for ambitious professionals with the drive and motivation to quickly progress in their career, contributing innovative ideas for the development of our graphic design service offerings. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail. You will also take pride in delivering excellent service internally to colleagues and externally to clients, and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires you to have a problem-solving mindset and strong design skills, as well as exceptional organisation and self-motivation. An eagerness to work both independently and collaboratively to find solutions is a must.
Essential requirements for the role are:

Our recruitment process includes a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time.
