Capula is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team in our London office. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions to candidates. Additionally, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Review and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, both in-person and over VC, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the company.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and obtaining feedback from interviewers.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications and present them to hiring managers.
Negotiate salary offers and draft offer letters.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment documentation and applicant tracking system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
Educated to degree level.
Professional certification in HR or related field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top talent.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
