The Enterprise Director, EMEA will be responsible for complex direct sales working across multiple stakeholders for the PeopleCert Business and IT portfolio. To include but not limited to Brand Awareness, Enterprise Adoption and Official Endorsement.
As an Enterprise Director, EMEA your tasks will include the following:
- To develop and implement an overarching strategy for Enterprise sales in EMEA that includes:
- Leading on Corporate Engagement including corporate recognitions and Adoption
- Corporate direct sales and subscriptions as well as engagement with ATO partner channel to drive corporate sales, working across other Business Development teams as required
- Consultancy sales including but not limited to the ACP scheme, working with the Global Partnerships Manager
- Tool Vendor engagement working with the Global Partnerships Manager
- Lead on Demand Creation via Brand Awareness through direct corporate engagement and speaking at events as Thought Leadership
- Drive white papers and case studies though work with corporates
- Working with Marcomms on the Ambassador programme to grow our network.
- Work with product management bringing corporate feedback to support with the work to design products that address skills shortages, job functions and everyday business problems
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s-level education desirable
- 5+ years’ experience in sales both B2C and B2B
- Substantial management experience with a proven track record of customer relationship management of external customers.
- Demonstrable experience of effective negotiation, including developing and agreeing collaboration both internal and external
- Experience of delivering targets to agreed timeframes
- Experience of preparing and presenting business cases/proposals.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve goals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Advanced computer literacy is required.
- Effective people management and development skills gained through previous managerial experience
- Analytical thinking, effective and timely decision-making, problem-solving and change management skills
- Ability to think “outside of the box” and “connect the dots” to derive the bigger picture, passion for success and drive for results
- Proven problem-solving and analytical track record.
- Strong communication skills and proven track record in working in cross-regional, cross-functional teams with interactions at departmental head level.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
