Job DescriptionThe role would require you to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll department. We are looking for someone who has accounting or payroll experience as he /she will be handling the preparation of staff commissions and the payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Processing and calculation of commissions, overrides, bonuses, tour/booking fees and overtime efficiently and effectively.• Ensure accurate application of The Group s compensation packages and policy.• Timely processing and releasing of expense & business travel reimbursements.• Preparation of payroll reports.• Attending and responding to queries related to payroll. Desired Skill & Expertise• Graduate of BS Accountancy. • Advanced excel skill is a must.• Experience in Accounting is a must.• Experience in computation of Bonuses, Commissions and Overrides is an advantage.• Fluency in English - both Oral and Written is a must. • Experience in CRM is an advantage.• Attention to details and analytical.• Can work underpressure
