Job Description:
The First Group is hiring a motivated, resourceful performance marketing expert, experienced in Hospitality to join our team.
The candidate will work directly with the digital marketing team to strategize, create, and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, Yahoo, Snapchat, Yandex , Metasearch, OTAs and other DSP platforms.
Applicants should have a strong level of experience hands-on executing Paid Media Campaigns for Hospitality, specifically Google, a demonstrated writing ability, organizational skills, the ability to work both as part of a team and solo, with creativity to spare.
Candidates should hold a degree background in engineering, technology, data analysis, mathematics, or similar degree with a keen interest in digital marketing. Master’s in digital marketing as a plus.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business objectives
• Create media plans based on business objectives to achieve desired results
• Launch and optimize Metasearch campaigns
• Monitor campaigns daily and ensure they are optimized
• Provide detailed reports and learnings to stakeholders
• Work closely with design and content team to create and execute content in a timely manner
• Work closely with web development teams to ensure tracking is implemented as needed
• Analyze campaign outcome on ad platforms, Google analytics, CRM and using Power BI dashboards
• Manage Metasearch campaigns for hotel brands within The First Group
• Identify new channels of advertising to fulfill business goals
Desired Skill & Expertise:
• Degree in computer engineering, data or similar preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing Google campaigns
• Google Analytics certification
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong propensity to learning new concepts
• Solid understanding of paid media and hands-on experience managing campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Spoken and written Arabic is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Experience in Hospitality marketing
• Experience managing metasearch campaigns
