Location: Dubai is the preferred location, followed by London or various cities within Europe, with the necessity of frequent travel to Dubai
As a VP of Growth Operations & Analytics, you’ll be responsible for strategic planning processes and initiatives, acting as the driving force for business improvement and transformation projects. Working closely with our business leaders, your mission is to strengthen and drive Kape’s overall value proposition to achieve improved organic topline revenue growth, retention and competitive positioning.
This position reports to our CMO, and should be ideally based in Dubai. If not, preference is in Europe with an expectation of travel to our key locations, such as the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel or Romania, as needed.
Who you are
You are a seasoned consultant or leader in a consumer facing tech business with a proven track record in growth operations and analytics.
We're seeking a VP of Growth Operations & Analytics to lead the company’s efforts in enhancing the efficiency of our B2C Privacy business globally. You’ll take the next step into senior leadership by joining us at Kape Privacy, a trailblazer in consumer facing digital Privacy business with brands like ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and PIA.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for growth operations & analytics and can expect to get involved in:
- Growth Analytics and Reporting, you’ll be working with our business leaders to develop, review, analyze and leverage business intelligence and reporting to drive results.
- Marketing KPI management & setting, you’ll collaborate with business leaders to understand business needs, create roadmaps, marketing KPIs and facilitate process implementation.
- Marketing Operations and Process Management, you’ll work closely with marketing, product operations, business data Insights, finance, and other business analytics teams to discover opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Planning for Marketing and FP&A, you’ll facilitate and lead the collaboration of the marketing and finance data reporting & business operations teams to secure accurate and timely data.
- Special Projects, you’ll be acting as the Project Leader for mission-critical projects across growth operations, working with peers on key revenue and EBITDA drivers
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or consumer facing tech leadership role, with a focus on data analytics, including experience working for one of the top consulting firms (equivalent to Principal/ Associate Partner levels)
- Deep understanding of SaaS businesses and their financial data
- Mastery of SQL and work experience with large datasets in various database technologies
- Deep knowledge of data visualization best practices; experience with Tableau preferred
- Understanding of broader analytical approaches, both quantitative and qualitative, and their suitability in various contexts
- Experience driving business strategy or success through data and insights in collaboration with other data teams such as data science, data engineering, business intelligence, etc.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills at all levels, to both highly technical and non-technical audiences; you love to use your data insights to influence key business decisions
- Passion for building & growing a high-performing analytics team and analytics program: you love managing and developing people to develop new skills and capabilities
